1) As a Hc of Gangs i Realized That There Are So Many Problems Going On And There Are Too Much Mass Rule Breaks , So From That time I Started Learning That Why is it Happening And How Can it Be Minimized And Now I Have Enough Knowledge To Run A Gang Successfully With Minimal Rule Breaks And Avoid The Mistakes That Other Gang Leaders Did !
2) Second Thing I Want To Become A Leader Because I Have Seen Many Gangs Which Are Not Active They Don't Attend Cland's Or Do Any Hostage Situation's So I Will Become The Leader Attend All Event's And Try My Best To Win All Event's
3) I Have Seen So Much Term's That Get Disbaned For Not Following The Rules They Get Verbals And The Terms End But As I Said I Have To Much Experience So I Will Teach My All Members To Follow All The Rules.
4) I would try to increase the level of interview in the gang so that people who would join my gang would know what to do and what not to get close to and also the people that doesn't know the rules could be given a chance to understand the rules and coming back for fair chances because everyone deserves another chance.

1- Getting 100% turf session as soon as possible
2- No toxicity in the gang
3- Trying to achive 0 warn and 0 Verbal in the whole term
4- Attending max events as possible.
5- Completing all the weekly tasks on time.
6- Best team of hc to manage the gang
7- Helping and teaching the new comers
