1. As a High command of Gangs i Realized That There Are So Many Problems Going On And There Are Too Much Mass Rule Breaks , So From That time I Started Learning That Why is it Happening and How Can it Be Minimized and Now I Have Enough Knowledge to Run A Gang Successfully With Minimal Rule Breaks And Avoid The Mistakes That Other Gang Leaders Did

First of all, I will provide a small financial aid from my own pocket to the newly registered participants in order for the gangs to develop, and I will start the game in a way they are accustomed to. I will give them the highest level of RP quality and make them love the game. I'll be dealing with the gang almost every day. If there is a problem, I will intervene personally and as I said. Since I will form a team for this, I will minimize these problems and we will organize new events and have fun with our gang. And I will work to solve the problem of participants not being able to find weapons. None of our members will have a shortage of weapons.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in Organization!
1. Interviews: First of important thing is interviews for gang crew . Important thing is choice of gang member .
2. Events: Secondly important thing is RP life of state. for example store robbery FZ raids, gun store robbery etc.
3. In Ghetto RP: when the hostage taking situation and ghetto robbery rules must be following rp.
4. Turf Area : Gang member must be join turf area and protect the areas.
5. Spray areas and sharing profits for gang members.
