Unfortunately, my low-end PC caused significant lag during gameplay, which may have impacted my performance and caused issues. I understand that this may have affected other players and I apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

I would like to kindly ask for your understanding and request the possibility of lifting the ban. I am committed to improving my gameplay and ensuring this issue does not happen again.
