Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Leading the Organization:
I want to lead EMS and transform it into a 24/7 dynamic organization with a strong workforce all the time, so we never lack staff. My approach will be a professional but informal, friendly, and fun workplace to help newer employees fit in and do well. If selected as Chief of EMS, I will further develop the current structure put up by my predecessors with innovations beneficial to the overall organization. My leadership will provide opportunities for staff to move up the ranks, such as clearly defined promotion routes, involvement in specialized divisions, and local recognition that would carry over to future obligations in other organizations.
Goals as Leader:
If I were appointed as EMS Chief, I would otherwise reform the organization and its operations. Well, I would like to put more coverage in locations like Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay for calls that do not require the use of a city hospital. I want to encourage and give incentive or be more fun in order that they may spend more time on duty and actively serve the community instead of the number of people getting injured. I will make sure that employees who are going to get close to high-risk areas like the ghetto would consider their safety and avoid situations that may endanger their life. Besides, I want to develop new divisions within the EMS, which really can improve the results and put organized opportunities for development towards elevating EMS at this level of excellent excellence and leadership.
Reason for Wanting to Lead EMS:
I've always had a hunger for leading an EMS; my experience in doing so has been tremendous and has spanned everything from answering calls and taking patients into hospitals to developing and distributing life-saving supplies like medkits. I know that I can take this organization to heights it hasn't dreamt of reaching. Part of my vision for it would be the creation of a culture where respect and justice reign so that no employee feels crushed under a weight of work or forgotten. I want to keep an active EMS alive and accessible to the city and its residents 24/7. By putting my ideas together with those of others, I will reconstruct and renovate EMS to make it more suitable for the service of the organization and the community-in other words, solidifying its role as a solid component in the city's overall foundation.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) In our community, EMS is an essential aspect that incorporates both effective roleplay and effective rendering of services. My goal is to diversify and better the education of medical students through creating a system that would ease the learning process for students while providing the professors with relevant materials. In relation to the previous Chief’s efforts, I shall advance the development of interesting and complex simulation based training in order to enhance the level of preparedness and immersion in every situation encountered.
2) Moreover, I will support the HR personnel in monitoring lobby role-playing standards to keep professionalism and patient care intact. To safeguard the integrity of our resources, I am ready to work with the FIB in combating the illegal sales of medical goods.
3) Routine medical checks and the weekly Medruns will, thus, be initiated to ensure that these legal outfits have the required coverage and supplies for healthiness. Indeed, these will take EMS to the top of greatness, ensuring that it flourishes in all aspects while I am away.
