Additional information
1. Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

My knowledge of the organization has been enhanced through my time in Emergency Medical Services as a (Chief of Staff and Division Chief), both as a High Command employee and an ordinary employee .My dream has always been to lead EMS with perfection, allowing space for growth for all my employees, and motivating them to always improve. As a leader, I aim to excel with excellence, demonstrating my value and dedicating my time and efforts to maintaining the organization's direction.

While serving as a high-level officer in the organization, I have come to understand the difficulties that a leader faces. Additionally, my experience in EMS has given me a better understanding of the challenges faced by leaders. Having worked in EMS for a couple of terms, I have also seen how different leaders cope with problems and how they deal with them. The knowledge I gain from handling under-pressure tasks and the mindset to prevent any downfalls in the first place is invaluable.

Through my experience in other organizations, I can apply practical scenarios, such as assisting my employees with IC issues and promote fairness in the organization.I held positions as a brigadier in the National Guard, Dean Head of Division in the Los Santos Police Department, and First Lieutenant in San Andreas Highway Patrol.I am dedicated to working hard to earn the ranks I deserve and lead teams as high command in different organizations, which is reflected in this. I strongly Believe that if I become the Chief Of EMS, I would lead the organization with utmost care and dedication with the immense levels of passion I held for the organization since the start of my career in the city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Personally I believe, the best way to improve roleplay levels in the organization is to include my employees ( preferably above the rank of Resident/Emergency Responder ) in Roleplay situations such as need of dispensing adrenaline shots to LEO's or taking them to scripted events such as ACC/SUBS/Prison break/etc. to show them practically how to execute RP better in order to increase they Roleplay Levels not just in the organization itself but also for any activity in the city to help them live a better life in GrandRP. I also aim to teach the Field Training Officers in the organization to devote their time and properly train our freshers proving them with all the attention and help they require to avoid misunderstanding and mistakes in their first week of duty. I believe our Field Training Officers are the most crucial members of our organization as they are the building stones for our freshers to climb up via hard work and passion for the organization, this helps build better repo between the members in the organization and improves RolePlay levels in the organization significantly.

Thank you for considering my application,
