Breaking General Rule 1.6 / For Lebron
ID 7409 has repeatedly admitted on their "glsc" forum to selling or buying in-game money from certain players, yet they have not received a ban.
Admins dismissed this as insufficient evidence, but at the very least, they should be banned under General Rule 1.6 since they admitted to buying or selling something for real money.
I kindly ask you to review this matter and make a final decision:

When translated into English, you will see their confession. Later, their forum account was banned, so they couldn’t retract their confession. However, the POV they provided was set to private, but the messages still clearly contain their admission of what they did for real money on Grand.
Here, they also admitted to purchasing something with real money but withdrew the complaint, so it wasn’t reviewed. If you examine the logs in detail, you’ll see a confession regarding the violation of General Rule 1.6:

In all the linked reports I provided, ID 7409 withdrew their complaints. However, if you check the logs of those complaints, you will see admissions of which players they bought money from or sold money to in exchange for real money, LoL accounts, items, and so on.
Admins have been rejecting my complaints, but I kindly ask you to review the log history of the listed posts in detail. You’ll see confessions written in Serbian. Translate them into English, and you’ll clearly see the player ID 7409 admitted everything via their "glsc" forum.
Compare their forum IP address with the in-game IP address of account ID 7409, and you will confirm it is the same person.
I kindly request that you take my complaint into consideration, as other admins either rejected it or did not resolve it. I ask you to review everything and issue a Project Blacklist ban for ID 7409 for violating General Rule 1.6, as well as ban all those who bought or sold in-game money from or to them for real money.
