I am writing to sincerely apologize for my recent ban on the account under General Rule 1.9 on Grand RP EN3.
My name is Celestial Sheby ID 86639 - and i am an EN 3 player and i am new in the city so i dont know much of the rules of the city ,
i got banned because one of my friends who is also new in the city sold his apartment to me to keep it safe because he was not going to be in the city for next 20 days so he sold his apartment to me but by mistake none of us were aware of this gen 1.9 rule
please forgive me this time and i will not repeat this mistake again and i will read all the rules and try not to evade any other city rule . So Bobby sir please forgive me
