I was tring to arrest this criminal and he left game 4 times while in situation. Then when I was shooting him he ran inside Gas Station which is a GZ so GZ 1.3, but when he was dead he left again and rejoined and he came alive which is Bug Abuse. (In between I got call from frnd OOC but it's not MG as he was not even in city.)

I want the forum reviewing admin to give this guy Maximum punishment as I was not able to arrest, give fines and complete the RP.
