This person (209726) came up and started ramming constantly while I was modifying my vehicle in service station. He was doing VDM as well, might be Fail RP too initially.
Heard he is an EMS employee, although that doesn't matter as everything is in POV sir and he rammed me twice intentionally after coming out of service station (06:13).
Was also doing racism "indean" (Indian) in RP chat (at 06:05 in video), rest in POV.
