1:I will make sure that its the best term, because the last terms werent the best and they were not soo active like other gangs.
2:I will make sure that rank sistem is not like other gangs and there will not be High Commands that give rank for no reason or that its just his friend.
The promotions will be given only by deputies or the Leader.
3:With all my experince I know what is the ghetto like, soo I will make sure that ghetto is cleared by toxicity and there will not be rule breakers in the gang.
I am looking forward to make it like a legal org, its gonna be strict and hard.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1:We are going to make sure that every guy that joins the gang will know the server rules
2: We are going to check their forum background.
3: There will be always good High commands to help new guys.
4: We will join every event that is possible.
