Reviewed Shooting from a unreachable in the zone roof I FIB

1st we were waiting there for more then 10 minutes just waiting for them to negotiate and it never happened so i made the call just to give them the 5 seconds as they were obviously stalling for the other orgs to leave aircraft. then we gave them the 5 seconds and I made a full 5 second count then we decided to shoot BUT ONCE AGAIN FIB gets a roof they cant access from inside the zone and go in and out of the zone just to get there. which as seen in screen shot 1 (report) and according to Rio Miller is not allowed.

2nd I put an admin ticket in as they were doing it which didn't get answered till I was at hospital and i said that i would triple check if it was accessible in the zone and well as seen here (the zone thing) it was clearly not and you had to go in and out of the zone to access it

3rd I can associate this report with the hole org of fib for the simple fact that there was very visibly 5 or 6 people on that roof shooting down at us as seen in this screen shot (report 2)

4th We would have easily won that gun fight if fib had followed the rules we had both roofs covered by are men and had just about every angle we could think of but because of this it completely botched are gun store

lastly you can see the numbers go up and down and up and down as they go up to the top of the parking garage which proves my point that it is not reachable in the zone

plus the rule doesn't specify its for only red zones

Good Evening.

Firstly to address your complaint about FIB "Taking too long to negotiate" we are currently in the midst of completely overhauling FIB. I apologize if this is interrupting your roleplay experience, but we are trying to take the feedback we have received from the community and improve FIB so our response to events can be better and a more enjoyable experience. I was personally going to come negotiate with you, however I had microphone issues with VOIP on the server, so a restart was required (by which time I returned, shots were already fired).

Secondly if you have any POVs of IDs with FIB Agents present in them, I will be happy to take them and blacklist these agents for failing to follow my requirements. Continuing these forum reports will force me to limit the operations of FIB which will in term result in less RP for your organization, and that is not something that I really want to happen.

Thirdly, I do not see how your screenshot associates this with the whole of FIB. That screenshot is not clearly visible at all, and for all we know you could have random people on a random roof firing guns.

In regards to your POV, it shows 5 heads with no visual on Bodies or IDs. Once again, I argue to the admins that these people could just be random people shooting into the zone. If you could provide more POV proving these are FIB Agents with IDs, then I will be happy to take more action against these players and remove them from the organization so your roleplay experience can be better.

Once again, I will extend the offer of you communicating directly with me next time so that we can resolve these issues without having to resort to reporting on forums. I would like to keep the city enjoyable for everyone. If you continue to report us on forums over these minor issues, it will cause us to go towards limited operations which will lower your RP experience.

I appreciate all players and admins that have reviewed this report and patiently await your decision.

Avi i would first like to say that kill logs with solve this and also me and Kevin have come to an agreement so if it was 5 fib up there
I don't see a reason for a org warning. If you just give Kevin the ids and he handles it internally I have no problem with that

This I feel would really heighten the quality of RP if this is how we handle people who break rules and ruin the RP immersion. We've had many recent FIB experiences where RP was ruined. Not to start an argument or anything Kevin. This is how I would personally handle it just because it gets to the root of the problem rather than punishing as a whole.
