1. Leader of vagos gang
2. Why do u want to become the leader of specific organisation? Explain with 3 reason.
——> when I start my role-play life, I joined families gang where I learn the gang work and what gang member have to do in events. After spending 3-4 months in city and part a member of gang I gain high command experience in different gangs and lead various events like (clands, gun/store robbery, hs, bs, subs and many more etc…)
——-> The main reason to become the leader of vagos gang is i want to complete my illegal journey by leading the gang as leader where I will gather people in org and make a family without toxicity and disrespectful and vagos is well known in los santos for their activity.
——> In my term my main focus is to win all events and active in ghetto and events with good numbers. Encourage a lot of people in org by showing activity in city , active illegal side from legal.
3. ur advice to improve rp in the organisation
1.Giving training to newcomers in the org so that no rule break requirements and encourage him to attend events to gain exp and enjoy roleplay.
2. Giving good bonus in every event.
3. There will be a great family without any toxicity in the organisation.
4.introduce strike system in the org
→strike 1 DEMOTE
→ strike 2 DEMOTE to rank 1
→ blacklisted
5. Seeing every gang member performance and give 100k for their activeness and performance in event.
6. Do alot of different events in everyday like hs , store/gun robbery, FZ RAID etc.
7. Always full warehouse with ammo and gun in events or ghetto robbery
8. I will ensure that all weekly requirements will be complete without any gang impact.
