The player at the very beginning of the video recording (127980) breaks the general ghetto rule 1.6 rule. Also, in the continuation of the recording, a different player (183133) is doing CR, applying VDM on the same player cycle. Then a player (127980) starts to open fire by walking through the gang headquarters. However, I request that the recording be reviewed by a professional administrator.
