The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gang members are in Sandy Shores hospital after a common shootout with their rivals and enemies when there is a text message sent to the gang leader. His minions have found the long-lost jewel from the Grand Heist of 2005 and they know the gang needs to be funded. LEOs get word of this and they decide they need to put a stop to this immediately before the gangs cause more trouble than necessary. They jump in their cars and drive to the mines, where they find the gang members getting ready to dig up the jewel. They start to fight with the gangs and they know that only one side can come out swinging. LEOs intend for it to be them.

Rules of the event:
- Can heal themselves
- Cannot patch their teammates
- Can only use guns provided by admins
