hello today on 14 dec 2024 i was doing something that i should't be doing on the server and it was that i was using a software to do automated things and this was i did't know that its not allowed and u can see that my level is 9 but still i am not that experienced i dont have that much friends and someone told me that the software is legal in the server and i tried it for the first time put it on and was gone to the kitchen to get a snack and when i came back i was banned for 60days and i am very ashamed that i didn't do my research before using the software i have very ashamed and embarrassed for my action and would be very thankfull if u guys could give me a chance and the proof of my deleting the software is down below
