Hello Dear higher ups Good day,

• As the DEPUTY of TE$TING family, I’d like to raise a concern regarding our participation in family wars. Many of our members are hesitant to join these events because of the recurring issue of bans during these wars. This has significantly impacted their enthusiasm for engaging in such activities. While we appreciate the unbanning process after appeals, the repeated bans are discouraging and suggest there may be an issue with how these actions are being handled. We hope this can be addressed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding.

my main point is he is banning for no reason and they getting unban after keeping forum when we asked him the reason hes not saying if he would say we will make sure that it will not be repeated again ty
