Leader of The Blood Street Gang
My Experience in Crime RP and Leadership:
When I first arrived in this city, I joined an unofficial family, and we engaged in activities like hostage situations, store robberies, and robbing state organizations. Through this, I learned how crime roleplay works and understood the rules and structure. I also led many situations. After some time, I joined a gang, but I quickly realized that many gangs focused more on territory and clan-related issues rather than actual crime roleplay.
In real life, when we think about gangs, what comes to mind? Robbing people, stealing from stores, kidnapping, taking orders for hits, and fighting rival gangs. I want to focus on these aspects and prioritize crime RP. With my past experience in in various gangs, such as the Bloods and Families, and the support of old gang members, I’m confident I can run an organization smoothly with minimal rule-breaking.
Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization:

Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization:
- Selection and Rules Knowledge:
Many gangs disband before they even get to their full potential, often because members don't understand the server rules. To avoid this, I will set the invite rank to rank 8. Only those who are familiar with the server rules will be given this rank. I will also ensure that anyone seeking to join the organization undergoes a strict interview process to verify their knowledge of the rules. - Focus on Crime RP Over Turf Wars:
While many gangs focus heavily on turf and clan activities, we will prioritize crime roleplay. We’ll attend only three clan events because many members find them repetitive. My goal is to ensure that 80%-90% of the gang attends these events. As for turf wars, I have experienced shooters who have worked with different gangs and are well-versed in turf dynamics. - Graffiti Team:
A gang with a strong graffiti team can gain significant profit, as people are often attracted to gangs that excel in this. I’ll appoint a graffiti leader who will recruit members from within the gang who are familiar with graffiti locations and possess spray cans. - IC Crime RP:
I plan to organize two NG (National Guard) raids every day. These raids will provide us with valuable resources like guns, ammunition, and armor, which are essential for future operations such as hostage situations or highway robberies. This way, we’ll be well-equipped for a variety of criminal events. - Corrupted Team:
Our corrupted team will work on finding corrupt law enforcement officers within different organizations. These officers will be used to leak information about other organizations, such as notifying us if one of our members is being pursued on the highway. In return, we’ll take these officers hostage or make deals with them, ensuring they assist in protecting our members from arrest.
