Rejected Player ID 417237 - License Plate Issue ( Power Gaming )

Hi, I’d like to report Player ID 417237. I received a 20k fine at the beach market for not having a license plate on my vehicle, which I understand and fully accept. However, when I asked the officer how to get one, he told me that paying an additional 5k fine would get me a license plate. I paid the additional 5k, but I never received a plate and now feel scammed when he drove off.

I’m fairly new to the city, and this was my first car I was trying to get licensed. I’ve checked the rules and don’t see anything regarding LSPD fines for license plates, so I’m unsure what rule in particular was violated here.

You can get a license plate from SAHP

The License plate fine is found in the Traffic Code Article 2.1, as its an IC issue there is no rule break so no punishment.
