Dear Chief Admin,
Hope this message finds you well. My name is Sam Rizz, and I am writing in to request clarification on a mute I received for the use of the term "NPC" in the CC chat. I have been playing on Grand RP for a long time and often see other players use the same term without being punished.
After receiving the mute, I requested a reason from the admin, and I was told that the use of "NPC" is considered mixing. But I am not sure whether the term "NPC" is an OOC term or not. If it is an OOC term, I apologize to the admin for the mistake that I made. But if it is an IC term, then I would like to know why I was punished in particular for this.
I would also like to know why I was singled out for this punishment, because I always tried to show respect toward the administration and followed all the rules that were made for the server.
For your reference, I am selecting "jail" as the punishment type, as no other prefix is available.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
ALL IN POV
Best regards,
Sam Rizz
