I'm going to reject this that it doesnt show the full situation as it seems both Chirons were chasing the car for a while, and your family member is in the car with the person that killed you? so it seems like demands had been given and also looks like family member engine blocked the car to stop it, RP was created and your family member shot 1st. You can make another forum complaint showing the entire situation because you don't just randomly engine block a persons car for no reason.
