Rejected Vehicle Theft when Parked in Green Grass ( Green Zone ).

Well, I have a POV that is kind of lengthy but explains visually that I parked my car in a green zone area, before going onwards to the beach market. After around 10 minutes spent in the beach market I get a notification that my car is being stolen, and that for me was weird because I swear I have parked my car in a green zone. When I come to look they rammed my car all the way over into non-green zone area and proceeded to steal the car, after that I pull up running, kill me, then finish me which is obviously against the rules.
