I recently received a 60-day ban on my account, and I’m unsure of the reason behind it. I deeply value the community and experience this game offers, and I believe I haven’t intentionally violated any rules. If any mistakes were made on my part, I assure you they were unintentional.

I kindly request your understanding and forgiveness if I have unknowingly breached any guidelines. I’m willing to accept a money wipe or any other measures necessary to rectify the situation. Being new to the city, I’m eager to learn, explore, and contribute positively to the game.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and consider lifting the ban. Thank you for your time and assistance.
