This is about an incident captured in IC timing, 03:47 HRS when gunshots were heard, upon reaching the spot. It is observed that ID 365028 has already made one person unconscious. Further person 365028 attempts to do the same RDM, VDM with me; upon confronting the assailant decides to flee the scene by doing an unrealistic leave.

Please look into this footage and apply a

suitable punishment.
