1. reason i want to be leader of Vagos is the that i want to experience the fun and thrill of being leader of crime and with my past experience i am very much capable of leading and handling Vagos and i also want to prove my self and test my self again as leader i also want to take Vagos so it will be my 2nd gang and with added support of my team and cityes big family's it will be active like my previous vagos term and with my team we will make Vagos best gang we can as we always do
and with my experience i will make sure to not do any rule break and have good rp life
2. one thing i want to do as Vagos leader is bring back the reputation it used be when i was new in city it has lot of nostalgia to me and others and i seen its reputation has gone down a bit so i want to improve it by making sure it active and not doing any rule break as i also want to make it more rp oriented where i seen lot of other gang leader just focus on turf and not do anything in rp department i want to make sure i can keep my rp side of gang active no i am NOT Going to just do weekly task and be inactive, i will make my gang very active gang in city and i will do rp situation events like hostage or other ghetto robbing and with Vagos having mega mall , 24/7 store and quick way out of ghetto its paradise for people who know what they are doing
3. with me having support of family that have big number and also my team and not just i have big team and support but i also have lot of support from them on money side as with this i can give big bonus that will attract turfer that join gang for money and with us wining in events and everywhere new people will also join our gang and this is not the end, with my habit of making friend i will have very good and big team and Vagos will be active and i will also make sure Colure YELLOW is Feared again like it used to and it will take me a step closer to becoming leader of gang
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. good hiring process: i always believed that even in gang you must take interview and check if person know or have experience in rp that significantly help bring down the number of rule break done by gang
2. good bonds and environment: as i mentioned i will take interview but i will not just tell the person who failed the interview to get out i will explain and help them with rules and rp as it make bonds stronger and also make that there is no problem in gang
3. Good Bonus: as i mentioned before i like to do rp event and all event so i also want to win them while i have enough support to win it with my team i also would like that many as possible Member of my gang join the event and we win and i will give good bonus to everyone and make sure they are happy
