I am writing to request a review of the bans placed on my Twink account, Shane Dias (ID: 174116), for GR 1.1, and my main account, Ex Legion (ID: 166148), for GR 1.4. I would like to clarify that I am not involved in multi-accounting.
I was introduced to Grand RP by my cousin brother, who plays under the name Maximus Prime (ID: 161544). I started playing the game using my main account, Ex Legion (ID: 166148), at my own residence through Steam. However, I moved into my cousin brother's place for a personal reason for some time now, and as I was going to play Grand RP in a new PC (at my cousin brother's place), I encountered an issue with Steam Authenticator when trying to play Grand RP, which prevented me from logging into my original Steam account.
As a result, I created a new Rockstar account and continued playing Grand RP on that different PC and I used a different broadband connection for the PC to play the game. While I have always used a separate PC and internet connection, there is a chance I may have inadvertently connected to my cousin's Wi-Fi at some point (I am saying this because of this ban issue. Im not 100% sure and I suspect whether that is the issue. But I strongly believe that I didn't connected to his Wi-Fi)
Unfortunately, my cousin's account (Maximus Prime, ID: 161544) has also been banned for GR 1.4. I want to emphasize that he had no involvement in this situation. I have spent GC to buy battle pass as well as I love playing with my cousin and I enjoy the game.
If any punishment is to be given, I kindly ask that it be directed at me, as I take full responsibility for any mistakes that may have occurred. However, I sincerely hope you will consider unbanning both of our accounts, as we genuinely enjoy playing Grand RP together. Requesting you to kindly check login details so you will understand that we are playing in different accounts different PCs and different connections
