At this point, Rage is controlling the Black Market and crime world . FIB spoted Rage activity and started following his work . They collected evidence against him . Now, DOJ issued a warrent against Rage .Rage realise it he cant leave criminal world like that otherwise he need to face consequence . Rage want to leave crime world after this so he clear his baground by corrupt FIB .Now he can start a new life with all of his money .But FIB sezzed his ALL money and property .So, He Became poor.
