so i made a report on a guy for mixing that he did on clandestine (https://www.gta5grand.com/forum/threads/8881/#post-30811) but that report got declined because clandestine is an ooc event which i forgot it is
in the clip i said "nice mixing moron" and because of that i got muted for 180 minutes
i asked admins if saying moron is an ooc insult to which kenny told me that it isnt (

If you call someone a retard OOC then that is a OOC Insult but IC it is fine. My point is the whole event is OOC so whatever you say or do in that event is all OOC it dosent matter what you said or did its all OOC
