2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 :- I want to become leader of Families because when I come to the city my first organisation was a Vagos Gang after that I went to leagal organisation I send a lot of time in SAHP and FIB I got higher rank I was COS in SAHP and Deputy Head of Devision in FIB but I didn't got that fun which I got in Gangs so I joined Families Gang I was at higher post in gangs and I was leading gang very wisely so I decided to become Leader of The Families gangs .
2 :- I am good at leading people I was at very good position in every and I was leading them in a very good manner. My leadership skills are good enough to lead a Gang
3 :- I can create a strong and loyal community with in the organization As a leader, I believe that loyalty is the keys to success. I want to build an environment where every member will feel safe, valued and motivated to give their best. Only through unity and my leadership skills can we become an invincible team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I) I will give the ranks and permission to the people who deserves it . I will make sure to follow the rules and also take care of my gangs members to follow rules.
II ) I will make sure to attent all the events and follow the rules and will do what a illegal organisation do and will take care of my members to do the same things and will make sure to comploy with the established rules of server .
III ) I will give my best to not get any kind of warning or punishment for breaking any rules and we will spread people how does a Gang works and explain the city how a Gang works and function
IV ) I will give my best to make the Gang active in gangs
V) Events with LEOs to improve the RP from both sides (Gun Stores, Hostages, FZ)
-Make 100% sprays with a good spray team
VI) I will give my bestto not spread toxicity in our gangs become as a Gang we are like a good partner.
