Rejected Players VPN'ing in Arena

Hi I feel like it should be punnishable to use VPN's while in arena mode, I have very good ping and its almost impossible to shoot some of a few of these guys especially these two in particular because they kept teleporting around like crazy and the movement was not legitamate what so ever, I wish I could have got more footage of them but it was going on for 20 minutes straight while I was trying to do my battlepass, its not fair for me to have to purposely allign my crosshair placement off their body in hopes they teleport into my crosshair because when I was shooting at them they'd teleport a few meters away and there legs would not do any animation either thats how I know..

bro its not for vpn they are doing speed boosting its a ingame skill when they move too much fast using revolver for opponents it seems like the person is teleporting . look this video then u will have idea what does they do
