1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I would like to be able to have a positive impact on the English player base for Grand RP. I am a very neutral and non-biased person who deals with difficult situations and individuals on a daily basis through my real life work and I would like to translate those skills into helping administrate issues that might arise within Grand Roleplay itself. I am very tired of seeing friend groups getting extra privileges due to biased administration and would like to keep my foot in the door to make sure that individuals are receiving fair punishment's regardless of who they are.

-> Good communication skill.
-> Good listener.
-> Ability to manage the things at worst situation.
-> Ability to take good decision.
-> Having good amount of patience.
-> A non-biased person.
4. What are your weaknesses?
-> Beaning a more patience guy I want my works to be more perfect without any mistakes.
-> Gets anger when an opposite guy will not listen my words ( when the opposite guy don't want to make two-way communication ).
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
i know all server rules so i can solve hard of hard code-b situation easily with my skills that's what I can bring to my dear admin team.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes, I am fully prepared to not engage in business ownership throughout my tour as an administrator.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

My consistent productivity and solitary brainstorming will be an asset for the admin team, as I would regularly help in content production, sharing new exciting ideas for the project, listening to the opinions of the player base and drawing ideas from them and what could possibly make them more attached to the server and willing to spend more time in and choosing Grand RP over any other RP server.
