Life Story
Lilith was born in Burgas Bulgaria , a bustling major port city full of oportunity but also of crime . In her early life Lilith grew up in a modest neighborhood, she witnessed firsthand the struggles of her community and felt a deep calling to protect the innocent. He life in early age was not shadowed by any major events besides the divorce of her parents and her mother moving away to a different country . SHe did good in school and later on in university and got a major in law as a honorary student . She tried a career in law but due to the economy of her country and high corruption within the law system she could not make it as a lawyer , so Lilith decided to move away from her country and make a new life for herself . After traveling for a while and exploring different countries and cultures she finaly arrived in Los Santos and fell in love with the city and thestate , she decided to stay and make a new begining . Having a background in law , Lilith decided to go into law enforcment as her carrer choice , hoping one day to gather the knowledge to pass s bar exam and become a lawyer so she can defend the citizens from unlawfull prosecution .
Career Story
After moving and settling in Los Santos Lilth struglled for a bit untill she could meet the initial documentation requirments needed to join any law enforcment agency . Working tiredlessly in all jobs she could find , she was able to finally afford a gun lisence and health insurance to join SAHP in Saint Opps term as sheriff. In SAHP Lilith excelled and passed training quickly rising trough the ranks . But she still did not feel acomplished and at home , so she transfered to NG where all of her friends were . In NG Lilith grew trough the ranks quickly and became NCO , she learned a great deal about all organisation inner workings and how to lead people . After the term in NG ended Lilith went and was hired in government in Omar Etulbgy`s term , where she worked tiredlessly and worked herself up to Deputy Warden and after that to Dep. Director of IA . That position unlocked the door for Lilith to new oportunity and furthred her knowledge about organisations . After Omar`s term Lilith would go to different orgs alsways working hard and proving her skills in SAHP , LSPD , NG and most of all Government where she obtained the rank of Chief of Staff after a while. After all that Lilith decided she was ready to make a change and make the city of Los Santos a better place , she decided to run for governor and won . As the 30 -th Governor of San Andreas she worked tiredlessly to clean up the streats and make the city a better place for everyone . However her efforts were in vain , everywhere she went , Lilith saw corruption and incompetance . She became increasingly aware of the corruption within the systems she once admired. The very institutions she served were riddled with unethical practices, and she found herself disillusioned by the bureaucratic red tape that often hindered justice . Criminals would get freed by corrupt officers for bribes , incompetent officers would botch cases when confronted by lawyers , lawyers and criminals would exploit every minor mistake and find weakness in the laws or judisial system . Lilith was facing a tough choice : continue fighting a losing battle against corruption or embrace the power it could offer her at that point , Lilith decided that the only way forward is to get dirty and act according her own rules and embrace corruption as the only way to make the city a better place .
Outcomes:
1. Lilith can take bribes up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.
2. Lilith can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try, 2 times per situation)
3. Lilith can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that she picked up from gang/family members.
4. Lilith can break laws and the Code Of Procedure (only IC laws)
5. Lilith can refuse to show his ID and lie about her requesting a lawyer for the suspect.
6. Lilith can buy/sell information for Her personal profits.
7. Lilith can act like a criminal like going for the ghetto clap, buying, selling, or using illegal stuff.
8. Lilith can torture his 10-15s if they do not give the money or gain information. ( Keeping in mind that we cannot kill 10-15 ).
