Dear Mr. Adham/Floki/Bobby,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal the permanent ban applied to my account. I believe this ban was issued in error, and I would like to clarify the situation.
While working as a Life Invader employee during the talent show, I was summoned and asked by Mr. Eray Black to share my screen. I complied without hesitation and showed my screen, including the recording software I was using (NVIDIA). I also displayed my Discord, as requested.
During this process, Mr. Eray noticed that one of my Discord friends was selling cheats for mobile games. For context, this person is an IRL friend, and I was not part of their Discord server or involved in their activities in any way. Despite this, I was banned for 60 days and later permanently banned on both my accounts without a chance to clarify or respond.
To the best of my knowledge, I have not participated in any activities that violate your platform’s guidelines or policies. I believe this ban was based on an association that is unrelated to my actions or intentions.
I want to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for any mistakes I have made in the past. I fully acknowledge that I was unaware of certain rules at the time and take responsibility for my actions. I deeply regret any violations of the platform's guidelines, and I have made a conscious effort to learn from my past errors and ensure that I will never repeat them.
I kindly request a review of my case and an opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings. I have reached out to several admins for help, but they mentioned that creating more than two accounts on this platform is not allowed. Despite explaining my situation, it seems I am not being taken seriously, or my concerns are not fully understood.
I have already appealed this situation multiple times, but I was told it is unappealable, even though I believe I am not at fault in this particular matter. However, I understand the importance of adhering to the platform’s rules and policies, and I sincerely ask for one last chance to prove myself.
I humbly request that you reconsider my appeal and give me an opportunity to fly back to the city. Thank you for your time and understanding, and I trust in your commitment to fairness.
