I am writing to bring attention to an issue regarding the title of a form submission. As per the video proof linked here: [
, Mickey Uchi was in a situation and instructed me to check.
Upon review, it appears that the mistake was mine as I incorrectly titled the form, entering Gr6.8 instead of the correct Gr6.9. However, I also believe the admin shares responsibility for this oversight, as there was no time given to correct the title.
Therefore, I kindly request that the form be reopened, and the person responsible for the error be punished as per General Rule 6.9.
