Born to gangsters in Bengaluru, Doctor Octopus became a criminal at a very early age due to his upbringing environment. As a child, he used to rob people, and gradually, he became popular as a dangerous gangster. Gradually, he reached a position where he is the most wanted man of the town. He has been eluding LEOs for which they have been trying hard ever since.
With increased notoriety of his crimes, LEOs issued a shoot-on-sight order if he ever got caught. To remain unnoticed and avoid getting arrested, Octopus stayed away from public view. Due to a lack of cash to keep up with everyday needs, he decided that he would commit one final robbery and flee the city to save his skin.
He eventually landed up in Los Santos where he began to work in several legitimate jobs and started making some money and getting a grip of that place. However, criminal instincts crept again into his brain. He began dealing with illegal families, resumed stealing people, and then joined gangs. He escalated his crimes to highway robberies and daily killings in the ghetto, which were part of his daily activities.
His crimes skyrocketed with time, but then he suddenly changed his mind and decided to quit his life of crime. He expressed his desire to join an organization in the state, seemingly because he was bored with his criminal lifestyle. He eventually joined the National Guard, but why he suddenly had a change of heart remains unknown. He reached the position of Major in the National Guard in the time of General Alan Vuitton. He then joined EMS as an employee in the lab department on a week contract basis. His outstanding work in the lab earned him the place in the Department of Calls and he is currently a Jr EMT in EMS under leadership of EMS Chief Honey Moon.

1- Octupus can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2- Octupus can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it
