The leader of gangs will be meeting in cayo perico which they will be talking about teaming and stuff to kill all LEOs so they can take control of the city they will have there member protect them when they are doing the plans and stuff which FIB had a info about this from one of there Gang leader members so he can get paid for this alot of money so he give the info to the FIB will push the place with the helis
