Hello,
I was banned today for GR 1.7 which I understand was because I was holding a juice shop for a family member.
Back when this happened, it was my understanding that we could pass businesses around within my former family at State Value. I know I was not the only person who thought this and this was common with a lot of families a long time ago.
This happened over a year and a half ago and was thought to be the general rule around passing the business but the rule has since changed and it's now market value that is required when buying and selling a business. It was really my understanding that back then, state value was allowed and a lot of other families were doing the same thing.
I understand now that the rules are not what I thought they were and accept that it was wrong to have sold the business for under the market value.
I accept an account wipe and this will not happen again.
