Rejected Appeal for 30-Day Ban Regarding Recording Software

Dear [Grand RP Support Team/Admin],

I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a 30-day ban for allegedly using OBS or similar software for recordings and not recording all overlays. However, I would like to clarify that I do not use OBS or any similar software. Instead, I use NVIDIA ShadowPlay, which is part of the GeForce Experience suite.

I understand the importance of following server rules and ensuring all overlays are recorded. I have always adhered to this by using NVIDIA's built-in recording software, which automatically captures overlays and gameplay. If necessary, I am happy to provide screenshots or video evidence of my recording settings to demonstrate that I am in compliance with the rules.
I want to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the recording rules. If I made a mistake, I assure you it was unintentional my last time i swear pls
