How did the situation come about and what happened : I started the snowman quest yesterday. 2:57 hours passed and then I went offline. When I came online this morning, I picked up the reward after 3 minutes. Everything was normal until then. But after I did F1 to get into the family Hous I saw that the three minutes were running again although I didn't start the quest at all. So I had found a glitch/bug. I only had to wait 3 minutes, then collect the reward and do F1. Then the timer was back at 3min and it started all over again. I would like to apologize for exploiting this bug. I knew how much the Christmas lollipops were worth and was too greedy. I was also unaware of the consequences of being permanently banned. I would do anything to be able to play again.
