I got demorgan for using vehicle scanner but if you check this whole situation in bodycam. I was using proper RP

1. u did not have your sirens on
2. u didnt demand him to pull over
3. you jumped out of your car while it was driving
4. you used a engine blocker not the scanner if u had used the scanner it would have said you have send a stop request but no it said engine of the vehicle was turned off
5. you said get out of the car then immediately shot him
