Hello dear admins I hope you are well today I did my quests as usual and suddenly the server crashed and then when I went in my winter event quests were reset and I didn't realize it and I did the quests again and then I went out and when I came back I found such a ban could you please review the ban and unban my account Thank you for looking after me.
