Dear admin team,
I would like to sincerely apologize for using the “Snowman Bug” during the event, which allowed me to keep collecting candy. I understand that this is against the rules and unfair to others. I deeply regret my actions and the impact they may have had on the event. I've been playing this game for several months now and this is my first mistake and I assure you it won't happen again. I really enjoyed Grand Roleplay and would like to be part of the community again.I really didn't know that this could get me into trouble, but of course ignorance doesn't protect you from punishment.
