Dear Admin Team,
I want to sincerely apologize for the mistake I made. I was grinding for lollipops, and after the reset this morning, I tried to collect lollipops and build a snowman. However, due to a bug, the snowman had already been completed, and I interacted with it. I also participated in the snowmanide action.
If I broke any rules, I am truly sorry, and I would appreciate it if you could consider giving me a second chance. i promise you that this will not happen again.
