2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. When it was time for me when I was new in the city, then I joined LSPD, LSPD was my third organization, I joined When I was new, I worked at a low rank. At that time LSPD was new for me. When my working time passed, I got a good rank based on my performance I got to learn a lot during my time at LSPD Also It's my dream to become LSPD Leader I have the ability to run well If I become a leader, my biggest concern will be that everyone should respect each other, whether they are high command or normal citizens This is a very important thing for an organization.

2. The second reason is that I have spent a lot of time in a legal organization, and I have learned a lot of things while working in an organization in LSPD, SAHP, GOVERNEMENT And recently I has also worked in NG as a General And I have a good communication skill so help of which I will be able to interact well with my employees and solve the problems they are facing If I become the leader then I will make the city the most safest city Lastly, I will remain in touch with my PR team all the time so that I can organize events on regular basis So that there can be a conversation and discuss what problems faces by citizens so that I can solve them as soon as possible.

If I become the leader of LSPD, my main focus on a lot of attention to the departments so that they complete their work on time and my main focus will be on HR And SWAT Because these two departments are very important, although all are important but these two are very important Because if someone has to be trained, hiring has to be done through HR department so that new people can join the organization and every department is also important for the whole organization because if everyone gets proper training then the organization will also run well without anyone having any problem And as far as SWAT is concerned, the sooner we reach the mission and take action So I will keep a close eye on these two departments.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

1. If I become a leader then to improve the role play level, I will make sure that RP commands are followed properly, I will hold every week meetings with my employees so that I can listen to their problems which they are facing in the city and as well in the organization And I will give their bonus on time as much as possible, with most active employee getting 300k as bonus.

2. And this is another way that I keep the IA department as active as possible so that inspections are done in the organization on a regular basis so in the organization no illegal work takes place, And I will keep the best COS for the departments so that the work can be done quickly and perfectly.

(HR) Human Resource: As I said above that HR department is very important for an organization, so these people will be responsible for giving training and hiring. Also, they are doing state wave on regular basis so that people can join.

(IA) Internal Affairs: The IA department will ensure that no illegal work is being doing in the organization, so these people will take up the responsibility of inspection within the organization on a regular basis. These people will do work like checking employees logs, licenses, trunk inspections etc.

S.W.A. T: These will respond to the special mission as quickly as possible so that the mission can be completed successfully also, they are also working with Investigation Bureau (Undercover).

Investigation Bureau: Investigation Bureau This departments are also called undercover they are going to missions to collect evidence and also criminal tracing So that we can know about the gangs and what their next move will be.

Parking Enforcements: They are responsible, clean streets, everyone knows that everyday many people park their vehicles at wrong places due to which many people face problems, so Parking Enforcements will correct this problem on a regular basis.


Public Relations: Public relations will ensure that interviews of the leader are scheduled they are working with LI so that the leader can communicate message to the citizens, and they are conducting events will be held on a regular basis.
