Life Story:
Milian Hardy, an Azerbaijani nationality, was born and raised in Los Santos, San Andreas. Milian, who sacrificed her brother in this city, always grew up with resentment. Growing up in a city full of crime, corruption and poverty, Milian witnessed the struggles of ordinary people from a young age, growing up in poverty was heartbreaking for her. Always looking for new ways to rise, Milian met someone on the street one day. What started as a misunderstanding at first turned out well.
This friend was an officer in the Los Santos Police Department, and with his help, the steps of a new adventure were taken.
Milian had a fiery determination to overcome the complex web of corruption that surrounded her city. Unlike many people who succumb to life's difficulties and give up with a strong moral compass and a desire to make a difference, Milian joined the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) in the hope of cleaning up the streets and bringing justice.
Career Story :
Milian, who increased rapidly in the department, worked for a while in the LSPD, then worked in the FIB for a while and returned to the LSPD. Continuing to rise rapidly, Milian first rose to the rank of Special Weapons and Tactics Watch Commander (SWAT) and did great work. During this time, he also served in the Investigation Bureau in the LSPD, where he did well and continued on his way to the new rank of Captain. He worked for a long time in the LSPD and was transferred again to the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Dhod of Undercover. He did a good job in this position as a Undercover he finished his all tasks for FIB. Now he is working as a Chief of Undercover in Federal Investigation Bureau and he have more points at here.
As time went by, Milian began to witness the truth, his eyes began to open as the police delved more and more into the department.
The day came when Milian had to choose between resisting the corruption or submitting to it. The power and wealth offered to him fueled his greed and he gradually began to accumulate wealth through questionable means and turned a blind eye to illegal activities.
Milian succeeded in various areas of his job. His strong leadership skills made him a favorite among his colleagues.
Despite her successes at the FIB, Milian’s anger issues and aggression often got the better of her. In some cases, she would resort to violence and brutality, further damaging the already compromised reputation of the police department.
It remains to be seen whether she will completely surrender to the darkness in her journey to fight corruption, or whether she will find the strength to redeem herself and bring true justice to a city in dire need.
Outcomes:
1-Milian can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and refuse to show any type of ID.
2-Milian have the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity rules)
3-Milian can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /do destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4-Milian can go to Ghetto Off-Duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
5-Due to his past, Milian can work with informants to be able to pay for information or evidence and will be able to fabricate evidence against the gangs/crime-families.
6-Milian can become hostage for money to improve his financial condition 100k max.
7-Milian can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
8-Milian believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Milian can; detain (up to 25 min), torture and interrogate,for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation (following server rules and with RP reason).
9-Milian can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB.
10-Milian may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the darknet.(1 per day)
