I'm wondering why I was banned with a blacklist. I can only assume that it's because of the snowman bug, which I've heard about since my ban from many people who have also been banned. I wasn't aware of this bug before. When the winter event started, my IC and OOC wife said that if I made a snowman, I shouldn't do a game crash or F1 moves, because then the snowman would disappear and you would have to make it again. Since then I've tried to avoid game crashes and F1. Unfortunately, on December 22nd, 2024, I had a game crash about 5-6 times when I was on the island and in EMS service. Since I knew from my wife that the snowman disappears when you crash, I went straight back into the event after I successfully got back to the state and wanted to build myself a new snowman. When I saw that the snowman was finished, I immediately asked my wife why it was finished now when it was supposed to disappear. She said, yes, that's how it should be and that's how it is in the state. I wasn't sure whether the 3 hours had really already passed. I then wanted to build a new snowman and of course had to collect the old one to do so. From then on, the snowman ran completely normally again, even after several more game crashes that evening. Later, I went to sleep and knew that I still had a snowman that was growing. But since it would be too late for me to finish it, I didn't care about the 6 sweets and went to sleep. When the solstice came on December 22nd, 2024 and I got up at 5 a.m. to look after my son, I got another 100 snow to make a new one, and then I saw that my snowman from the previous solstice still needed 30 minutes, so I didn't make a new one. When the 30 minutes were up, I collected the candy again and created a new one.
Since there were no announcements in the forum or in Discord that there was a bug with the snowman, I wouldn't have collected the candy after the 30 minutes, but would have left it alone completely.
I didn't know that it was a bug that the snowman was simply finished. This only happened once on December 21st, 24, as already described above. Since I entered the state back then, I have never used any bugs or anything else, rather I have reported these bugs or reported players who exploited the bugs in the forum.
Since my last unban request on October 1st, 2023 (Reviewed - Entbannungsantrag Sascha Addams | ID 62055, Sascha TremblayJr | ID 73093 | BL massive threat from administrators. | @Vincent Xozis) I haven't done anything wrong, as Vincent Xozis wrote there: "After talking to leading staff of DE1 we give you one last chance on your account. If you misbehave in any way we will instantly reban you!
Since that day, I have done more than ever before on the state for other players, sponsored events privately, integrated myself into the state, was always polite to admins and much more. Since that day, I have also tried to build something up on the state again. I have earned money, worked in organizations, made contacts, and also bought a company for several hundred million dollars. It would be a great shame if this company and what I have built up were lost due to a bug like this, which I was not aware of and which I did not consciously use. Because I invested a lot of time in saving the money.
I ask for goodwill and an unban because, as I have already described, I did not use the bug intentionally and unconsciously. If I had known that this was a bug, I would not have collected the snowman to build a new one.
If I am unbanned, I would be happy if I can quickly take part in the RP again and not lose my company because of it, because it only has 13 days left to pay taxes and I would lose several hundred million because of it.
