Life Story:
Mike was Born to a Mid class family in Lithuania, Klaipeda, But wasn't treated as he wanted to be, So from a young age being the single child in the family hes parents were busy with work every day so they kept hiring people to look over him, But actually at the same time parents couldn't even use up some of their time to at least stay with Mike and Hang out. So 1 Night Mike sneaked out of the House when the other person fell asleep, But a few minutes passed Mike was kidnapped by a Fake Ambulance that were selling People and were shipping to other Countries. And so when Mike woke up he realized he wasn't in hes home country but some where else Bought by a Notorious Gang in Los Santos, But they did to make Mike a fighting tool as they did. Passing a few Years, Mike was caught by the FIB during a shoot out, But wasn't arrested but given a 2nd Chance from the FIB To help on their side. They Offered him a new Background and everything and so Mike couldn't Rejected or he could of been Arrested by them and Send to Life in Prison.
Career Story:
So When Mike was introduced to the Whole FIB Team, He thought he will be unliked but it was the complete opposite of what he thought of him cause everybody knew who he was but they were gonna try their best to work with him. So when Mike started hes new work he got very lucky to get a good team on hes side when he needed them, So Mike was always being assigned on the most Dangerous Missions but he never rejected them cause he was fully committed to complete them, But one day he realized he could be making some cash on the side by doing some Corruption and helping the FIB in a different way by taking away the Criminals and dealing with them Differently. So he decided to do Corrupt things but of course to help the FIB as well and not to ruin them.
Outcomes:
1. Mike can torture and Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation )
2. Mike can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. Mike can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4. Mike can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
5. Mike can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
6. Mike has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Mike can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
8. Mike can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9. Mike can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Mike's 10-15 being arrested.
