I hope this message finds you well. I want to sincerely apologize for my recent using of the 'Snowman Bug' during the winter event, which allowed me to collect candies a lot of times without knowing it myself. I understand this was against the server rules and also unfair to everyone. I deeply regret the actions I did to the server, please give me one more chance. It's been a lot of months I have been playing on this project; it was my first mistake like this and I assure you this not going to happen again.
Please accept my apologies and from now on I will be ensured to following the rules of the server. Thank you for your understanding and support.
