Hello jonny hope you are doing good

Before sometime i got bl from bio's because of using makeup and not logging it. I understand the mistake i made wasted a lot of your precious time. I seriously regret my doing and i am again so sorry for the mistake i did. I will say the truth i used makeup but didn't used to log it that's my mistake i accept. I am so sorry that u faced trouble cause of me.
All i am asking is the last chance if i can get one, ill make sure any of these kind of mistakes doesn't happens again in future and it will be taken care for the whole org
I seriously apologize for my doings and will make sure it never happens again
