This is my 3rd forum against my same topic , sir Pablo you are not getting what I am trying to tell you , i am banned for 14 days for Falsely given Gr 3.1 and you say that I was muted for 180 mins and you reduced it to 60 mins which is totally wrong , please go through all of the logs or information idk what all you have and check and confirm that I am banned for 14 days and it's already 4 days of my ban , I want to tell you i was not muted for Gr 3.1 I was banned sir please check into it and unban me asap !

above picture is the proof that i was banned for 14 days in punishment and not muted for 180 mins sir pls understand that , its already been 4 days , i lost my daily login streak , bought a premium battle pass and cant progress in it , missed the three days GC event , also didnt played the new event yet , i am literally stressed right now i am banned for no reason and this would be my final forum on this topic , if i didnt get unban now i will definitely come in a conclusion that you all dont bother about the progress of a common player who just loves to enjoy games and there is definitely something wrong with the management system , to get banned for no reason and when i complain about it , we come to a conclusion that i was muted for 180 mins and not banned ? that means i am banned for 14 days for some other reason which even admins dont have record for ?

1- Approved - RDM | 143449 here and this was a mute for 180 mins which got changed to mixing mute.

2- Reviewed - GR 3.2 | 0000 for this you got 14 day ban​
