Life Story:
Hector was born in Mexico and used to live with his family in their own house at . At a young age , he lost both his parents and started struggling to run his house . Due to financial instabilities Hector had to drop out of school . He took up several part time jobs to survive in the city and with time he was getting exhausted and frustated . One f day he was delivering goods for a business in ghetto and there he met one of his friend from school and with time they became close friends . After hearing about his tough life his friend offered him to join his cartel and help him in his drug supply business and Hector ended up joining without any hesitation . After sometime Hector started becoming famous because he was one of the owners of the biggest cartel. One day Hector was arguing with his ex cartel members who betrayed him. He suddenly faced with a heart attack during that stresfull conversation. Then when he was taking his heart pills it didnt work because one of the cartel member has changed the pills with sugar pills. Hector lost consciousness and hospitalized. When he woke up almost his entire body was paralyzed . After receiving lots of physicial treatment by special doctors. He finally treated well and he was good as first time. But Hector wanted to open a new page and he joined LSPD as a LEO.
Career story:
Hector started his career as a criminal who used to sell drugs for living but with time he became famous in his field and was a very known cartel owner in the ghetto . He joined several gangs like ballas , families and was an important part of those gangs . After getting betrayed by his own people Hector decided to move out and start fresh and he ended up going to Fort Zancudo and he joined GOV where he learned the basics and soon he took a transfer to GOV . Once he joined GOV he moved back to the city and with time he started missing his friends in ghetto and started hanging around with a few . Soon he got promoted due to his hardwork and after reaching a good position he moved to LSPD. After joining LSPD he started working hard and reached high positions but after spending months in LSPD, he decided to help his old friends in ghetto as a corrupt officer.
Outcomes:
1- Hector can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing.
2- Hector can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum (using /try command).
3- Hector may decrease a 10-15's prison sentence or fines, but may also increase the fine amount (up to 100k).
4- Hector is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
